When I called to get a jump-start due to dead battery, someone came quite soon. He informed me that my battery was likely to give out again during winter cold, since it was old. Milo was able to fit me in to change the battery that afternoon, which was much appreciated. Didn’t have to wait too long for the replacement service. So except for the cost of the battery (which I found very high), the whole experience was as good as I could have hoped for..
