My family have been long-time Murray’s customers.  Whenever they can’t make a repair, they’ve referred me to a specialist who can.  Today I took in my 2003 Honda Accord EX because its a/c was working on the right side only.  A “google” of those symptoms disclosed many Accord owners who were sold new condensers and some new compressors as well. (With cold air on either side, that doesn’t make sense.)  Within two hours, Murray’s called and told me that the problem was merely a switch that shut the a/c off on the driver’s side.  They rectified the problem NO CHARGE.  Magnificent!  I know that any dealership would have charged a lot and perhaps attempted to sell me parts and services that I didn’t need.  BTW, Maryland law requires repair facilities to provide you parts that they replace.  That is to assure that any parts that are replaced needed replacement.  A dealership replaced my wife’s cabin air filter because their records showed that it was overdue for replacement.  In fact, the returned filter not only was clean but was labeled with the date and mileage when it recently had been changed.  Murray’s doesn’t sell you what you don’t need.  Thank you Murray’s.  Mike N.  Silver Spring
