I called a view days in advance to make an appointment for a 60,000 mile checkup of my SUV, including oil change and check up of seatbag light on dashboard. The appointment was very courteously handled, and all my questions answered. I dropped off my car at 7 am on the appointment day. At the counter, I provided more information, including addition of need to replace right side view mirror. I was courteously asked whether I needed transporation to work, which I declined.

Within a few hours, Murray’s called me to verify the work to be done, including notice that the right side view mirror would have to be ordered, and give me a cost estimate. Later in the afternoon Murray’s called to tell me the work was completed and the cost was as indicated ealier. I picked up the car before six and all seemed in order, including the replacement of the side view mirror.
